She Who Dares, Wins

By Tricia Scott.
I've been thinking about avoidance. I know, random, right? Welcome to my brain.
I'm talking about the kind of avoidance that sneaks in when we're standing on the edge of the things we want most.
That course.
That client pitch.
That TikTok video you've been meaning to make for actual months.
Not because we don't care. Not because we're not ready. But because deep down, we're terrified of looking like a giant fool.
We don't want to get it wrong.
Let me tell you something from my heart to yours, you're not doing it wrong.
You're doing it. Period.
That proposal you fumbled through? Still impressive.
The launch that didn't go viral? Still mattered.
The first time you showed your face on camera and forgot what you were saying mid-sentence? Still brave as hell.
We don't learn by being flawless. We learn by showing up anyway.
Growth is awkward.
Courage is clunky.
And success?
Success is just a string of messy, imperfect tries stacked on top of each other until something beautiful happens.
So, this week? Be the brave one.
👉 Do the thing, even if it's not perfect.
👉 Ask the question you're scared to ask.
👉 Send the pitch you've been putting of.
👉 Let them see you learning out loud.
Because perfection is overrated anyway.
But your big, beautiful, messy magic? That's the stuff legacies are made of.
I believe in you (always).
