You could say Eliza Joanska is a woman of many talents, but that would be an understatement, to say the least.
With ten languages under her belt, this extraordinary entrepreneur and mother is on a mission to transform the way companies across the world operate by introducing VIP leadership via her Discovernewu platform. Aiming to use her team of experts to allow companies to adapt to change, stay open to innovation and motivate their teams, she knows that a motivated workforce is the ultimate secret weapon in getting (and staying) ahead. Of course, not only a razor-sharp woman of commerce, Eliza is also an ultra-talented fashion designer. Having graduated from the prestigious Academia del Lusso in Milan, she has her sights firmly set on creating bespoke and fabulous occasion wear for elite events worldwide.

SO, ELIZA, WHAT’S YOUR STORY?
One of my great passions lies in inducing transformational changes in leadership environments and businesses around the world. My innovative platform discovernewu includes extraordinary expert partners in leadership, mindset, communication, personal brand awareness, productivity, time management, goal setting, revenue generation, investment, innovation and technology.
I am also a fashion designer and stylist, trained in Milan at the prestigious Academia del Lusso school. My ultimate goal is to create a luxury collection of ceremonial and event outfits for both men and women, unique to them and personalised to their taste, culture and personality. In fact, I am working with a team of talented creatives on an exclusive project right now for women in Saudi Arabia. Working with the highest quality silk, organza and taffeta is such a joy, I cannot wait to be able to show you all!

Yes, I do! 10 years ago, I came across Bob Proctor on a YouTube video. I have spent the last decade learning his material and implementing his teachings into my personal and professional life, and I continue to be a student! I am currently working on his Lead The Field coaching programme!
HOW DO YOU HANDLE CRITICISM?
If I feel that it's unjustified, I simply ignore it, but luckily, this has barely been an issue for me. If it's constructive feedback, then I take it and use it to learn and improve myself.
YOU CREATED DISCOVERNEWU AS A WAY FOR COMPANIES AND EMPLOYEES TO GROW WHILST BALANCING LIFE AND BUSINESS. HOW DO YOU SEE THE PLATFORM REACHING OUT FURTHER AND HELPING PEOPLE GLOBALLY?
Discovernewu has shown the potential to create lots of opportunities in Saudi Arabia, India, Asia, the USA, Poland, Russia, and Brazil. We can help to improve so many leadership environments, creating happy, healthy workplaces and giving employees more access to our seminars and courses to students after University; I would ideally like to work closely with governments to promote the platform and also help the up and coming generations

WHAT IS YOUR MOST SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS IN LIFE SO FAR?
I have so many!
I have learned to speak ten languages. I may not be fluent, but I'm improving! I Graduated from school in Milan with my Fashion Designer diploma. Living and working in Switzerland and perhaps in future another country! My daughter. She is smart optimistic, and talented. Having my amazing friends around me. My sales experience, ten years in technology, and I am still improving sales methodology. The Discovernewu platform and coming luxury fashion brand and my family.
WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND DIFFICULT ON YOUR JOURNEY, AND WHAT WOULD YOU AVOID IF YOU COULD DO IT ALL AGAIN?
I would research and choose more wisely when it comes to companies offering lead generation. In my experience, many of them have been poor and lacking in results. I would be more careful to invest only in fields that bring tangible results to my business and invest there.

I embrace change and hate monotony. Change makes us stronger, and we learn new things from that place. When we are fearless, we constantly grow.

Time management is crucial, and also, asking for help when needed. Hire people who can help you motivate your team to cooperate and, in turn, ask for help themselves.
WHAT MAKES YOU TRULY HAPPY, AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE DOWNTIME?
Spending time with my daughter and loved ones makes me happy. I also love helping my clients solve a problem, see them succeed, and watching my style clients grow in their confidence and find their unique style. Seeing them discovering their hidden beauty makes me very happy.
