I’m Tricia Scott, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, and I’ve mentored over 100 women in business across the globe. My mission is simple: to make business feel possible, personal, and powerful for you.

I founded The Female CEO in 2015 with a simple but powerful belief: no woman should have to build her business alone.

Back then, I saw too many women trying to do it all in isolation (including me) - juggling ambition with overwhelm, craving clarity and community but not knowing where to turn. I created The Female CEO to change that.

What started as a blog has grown into a global magazine, platform, and community, read in 177 countries by over 5,000 women each month. Today, it’s a movement - where stories are shared, voices are amplified, and women everywhere are reminded that they’re not too much, and they're never too late.
